Shipping & Handling:
Shipping Charges are for the United States only. International
shipping is not available at this time. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your zip code and the weight of
the package and paid by the customer. If you are placing an order via e-mail and paying through Paypal ~ Please place
your order and wait for your invoice ~ it is only then, that the shipping charges will be added. We do not charge
a handling fee.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us.
We will never at any time ~ disclose, trade, or sell our
customers information.
Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with any of our products,
you may return them within 10 days
for a full refund (less shipping & handling).
Please include
your reason as to why you are returning the product.
Broken or Damaged tarts:
Please notify us within 72 hours of any damaged items so we are
aware of the situation and can handle it as quickly as possible.
This policy does not apply to the tarts due to the size and quantity.
The reason for this is that damaged tarts do not affect usage.
We package very carefully to prevent breakage during shipping.
If any candle orders do arrive damaged, we will replace your
items at no cost to you once the damaged items are returned.
The customer is however responsible for the return shipping costs.
